Two years with CRM
It has been two years since Esit started using the CRM system.CRM enables users control every movement between the costumer and ESIT, thus provides minimum error in customer relations and aims for highest costumer satisfaction level.
The CRM system operates within the Esit\'s network and is able to work/share with other softwares in the Network. The CRM is used from the first contact with the costumer to the very end, storing every transaction and movement. The CRM provides a healthier, rapid working environment as well as reducing the boundaries between Esit and its valued customers.
