Esit controls the all the service and support requests regarding their products and custom projects centrally.All support servies operate under the DS/EN ISO 900:2000 certificate system to ensure quality and relaiblty.
Calibration services regarding Esit's products are also controlled from the headquarters and are done under the EN17025 certificate.
Every service request is kept in the archives for the following ten years,Esit also have an huge spare part inventory sufficent for 10 years for every product in the market.
